All medical appointments can be booked by registered patients only via phone call. If you are not yet a member of our clinic and you would like to be, please click on the chat button and book a meet and greet to get started.

We ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need.

8. Are your services covered by OHIP?

Many of our services are covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan), including general health exams and visits to our family doctors. Some specialized services or treatments may incur additional charges. Please confirm with our office at the time of booking.

9. Do you offer telemedicine consultations?

Yes, we offer virtual consultations through secure video calls for certain services. If you are interested in a telemedicine appointment, please let our team know when booking, and we will provide the necessary instructions.

Yes. Serefin Health Clinic is currently accepting new patients at our Yonge & Davisville location in Midtown Toronto. Our membership model provides access to personalized primary care, same- and next-day appointments when needed, 24/7 nurse support, and coordinated care from a dedicated healthcare team.

13. Do I need a membership for physiotherapy?

No. You do not need a Serefin Health Clinic membership to book a physiotherapy appointment. Physiotherapy is available to both members and non-members, making it easy to access expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation when you need it.

14. What should I do in case of an emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call 911 immediately. For non-emergency concerns, contact us directly, and we will assist you.

16. What are your clinic hours?

Our regular hours are:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Saturday to Sunday: Closed
