Our Remote Nurse Care Coordinators are licensed professionals who play a vital role in your care journey. While you may not see them in the clinic, they are fully integrated into your care team and have access to your up-to-date medical chart. During clinic business hours, they’re available to answer questions, provide follow-up, and ensure that every detail of your care is supported. Think of them as your behind-the-scenes partners—working closely with your providers to make sure nothing gets missed and you always feel connected to your care team.
With over 15 years of experience in acute care, cardiology and long-term care, Dragana has been a part of Serefin’s Remote Nursing Team since 2021. Her background in high-pressure environments has given her a strong understanding of the importance of effective care coordination and a holistic approach to patient wellbeing. She is committed to providing support and guidance throughout your healthcare journey, always with a personalized approach that focuses on your unique needs.
Katie’s nursing background spans acute and critical care as well as forensic nursing. She has developed a comprehensive skill set that allows her to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. With experience in both hospital and remote settings, Katie brings a holistic and empathetic approach to supporting individuals and is committed to guiding patients with care tailored to each person’s needs.
Vic brings more than 12 years of diverse experience across ICU, emergency and rural nursing, and poison information consultations. Since joining the Serefin Remote Nursing Team in 2024, Vic has focused on empowering patients through education, personalized care plans and ongoing support. He takes pride in helping clients actively engage in their health journey, ensuring smooth communication and continuity across care providers.
Christine has over 10 years of nursing experience, including in medical-surgical units, digestive and liver specialties, and long-term care. Now serving as a Remote Nurse Care Coordinator, she leverages technology to improve access and streamline care for diverse populations. Christine is known as an empathetic listener and strong advocate, prioritizing clear communication, collaboration, and emotional support so patients feel heard and supported.
With 7 years of intensive care experience and 4 years leading Serefin’s Remote Nursing Team, Catherine ensures her team is well-equipped to provide exceptional care. She is deeply proud of the skill, kindness and dedication her nurses bring to every interaction, and she firmly believes clients are always in capable and caring hands when working with Serefin’s Remote Nurse Care Coordinators.
